Mairi@MagnifyMeSomatics

Welcome to my channel! I'm Mairi, a trauma-informed somatic therapist with a passion for movement, helping women reconnect with their bodies and rediscover themselves.

Here, you'll find insights into somatic and trauma-informed work, gentle body-based practices, and honest conversations about what it really means to reconnect with yourself — beneath the thinking, beneath the coping, beneath everything you've been holding together for everyone else.

I also weave in dance and movement as a way to express what words sometimes can't reach — always offered, never required.

Subscribe if you're ready to understand yourself differently, and create space for the life you actually want. 💛
