Masonic Authors' Guild International

Hello and welcome to the Masonic Authors’ Guild International or MAGI. Our mission is to promote the highest standards in education, research and publications relating to the global phenomenon of Freemasonry. 

Since MAGI launched in 2024, we have produced more than 275 hours of recorded Podcast programs, including historical papers, interviews, book reviews, and audio-books. Full-length audio Podcast are available through:

As MAGI is an educational project, it is not affiliated nor supervised by any Masonic grand body or organization, whatsoever.

The Guild members are Robert Cooper, who lives in Edinburgh, and Mark Tabbert who lives in Iowa. Both guild members have published significant academic historical research, produced over 12 books, and have contributed to Masonic journals and magazines. Together they have over 65 years as Freemasons and are members of numerous Masonic research societies and lodges in Europe and North America.
