Maggie Heinzel-Neel - The Empowered Yogi Method

I help you relieve your chronic joint pain and the anxiety that comes with it through Yoga, Qigong and the Meridian Flow based in the Empowered Yogi Method.

This method is from my book: The Empowered Yogi: Transcend Chronic Pain and Anxiety Associated with Autoimmune Conditions with simple steps to strengthen the muscles around the joints, create mobility, add flexibility and focus your mind to guide your breath through the meridians which is the biggest game changer to relieve anxiety!

The meridians are the energy pathways of the organs, according to Traditional Chinese medicine. The Meridian Flow combines activating the meridians by stimulating them in specific yoga poses, qigong sets and focusing the mind with meridian breathing, which is an ancient qigong healing technique called Yi Qi Li, guiding energy with consciousness.

This up levels, our yoga practice by dimensions and creates a harmonious flow of energy through a whole being so we are running like a well oiled machine!
