Luya Foods

We have developed Luya - the tasty alternative to meat that doesn't try to be meat. We rescue organic okara, a valuable by-product of the soymilk and tofu production, to create tasty and juicy slices, chunks and patties. 100% natural, circular deliciousness made in Switzerland.
