Lucy Saywood | Kundalini, Somatic & Inner Magic

Your body has been speaking to you all along. This is where we start listening.

I'm Lucy, a Kundalini yoga teacher and somatic coach. I teach Kundalini yoga, somatic yoga, breathwork, mantra and mudra: old, slightly strange, completely wonderful practices that can change how you feel in minutes.

No mat or spiritual credentials needed. A cushion, chair or the edge of your bed will do.

On this channel you'll find:
🔥 Kundalini kriyas to awaken your energy
🌿 Somatic yoga to calm your nervous system and release tension
🙏 Mantras and mudras for everyday life
⏳ Short practices under 20 minutes
🌙 Seasonal practices for the wheel of the year
