I'm Luba Inz. Fractional COO, AI transformation partner, forward deployed engineer. I work inside owner-led service companies and PE-backed portfolios on what has to be true before automation is safe.

I am a founder of Efficiency Sprint. We make companies operationally ready for AI — so you can remove yourself as the operating system without losing control of standards, ownership, or judgment.

This channel is the working version of that — where the operation holds AI back, and what can genuinely be handed to an agent versus what still needs a person.

Better AI does not repair an unclear operation. The operation has to become ready.
