Stirring the Pot

We’re here for every Spoonie who’s ever been dismissed, disbelieved, or told “you don’t look sick.”
Founded by a chronically ill advocate with a sarcastic streak and a serious heart for change, Stirring the Pot is more than a YouTube channel — it’s a movement.

Through content, community, and advocacy, we’re on a mission to:
🍴 Challenge harmful myths about chronic illness
🍴 Create supportive spaces for those living the Spoonie life
🍴 Equip our community with tools, truth, and maybe a laugh or two

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, undiagnosed, or just exhausted by the system — welcome.
You belong here.
