Lost in Float

We’re parents, athletes, students, bio-hackers, veterans, teachers, artists,
tradespeople, retirees, professionals, explores, and forever learners.

Our human body is like a clay pot. Its value is what it is. It’s what we put inside, and take care of, that increases its value hundredfold.
When the human pot is filled with valuable rest, recovery, movement, peace, clarity, and fulfillment, it becomes PRICELESS!

Lost in Float provides the tools to support your journey. A community of humans helping other humans live their best lives, who are trying to get a little better at what we do & love everyday.
