Hi! I’m Peggy, and just after I turned 50 — and after being confirmed as post-menopausal — I lost 175 pounds. That led to so many changes in my life beyond the size of jeans I wore, especially in my relationships with my spouse and daughters. Spoiler: they’re so much better!

This channel is where I share my journey, which did not include a perfect diet, a quick fix, or one magic habit. I won’t tell you there’s one right way to lose weight. I want to share my lived experience honestly — including my experience with a GLP-1 — so you can decide what feels right for you.
