Lorna Nicholson Well-being

I want to create a space where those with PoTS, Long-COVID, ME/CFS, hEDS/HMSD and associated conditions, can share their healing journey. These conditions are driven by a dysregulated nervous system, influenced by current stressful life events and trauma (acute, developmental, generational and collective). Symptoms can be significantly reduced, or even completely resolved when a mindbody approach is applied. I chose not to use the term cure, or recovery, as many people are on a journey, and have experienced significant healing, even though they still experience symptoms.
