Art After 50 with Lori Rivera

Hi, I’m Lori, an artist and art instructor in Southern Indiana. I created this channel for women artists over 50 who want to improve their painting skills, stay creative and productive, and grow their art businesses.

I specialize in abstract representational and nonrepresentational acrylic painting. You’ll find acrylic painting demos, abstract painting tips, art business ideas, and realistic productivity strategies for artists.

I also live with bipolar disorder, and I share openly about how changes in my mood can affect my creativity and productivity. I’m always learning new ways to keep creating, stay motivated, and build an art business that works with my life instead of against it.

I also share a weekly artist vlog where I talk about what’s happening in my studio, my art business, and everyday life.

If you’re a woman artist over 50 who wants to keep learning, create more art, become more productive, and build an art business at this stage of life, you’re in the right place.
