Look, It's George

I'm George. I'm a father, business owner and normal guy trying to stay strong, healthy and capable without making fitness my entire personality.

Training, food, discipline, fatherhood, work and everything that affects the person you're becoming.

No fitness-guru bullshit. Just figuring out what actually works FOR ME.
