I'm Zena Rabia, an oleologist, which means I study the biochemistry of olive oil and the polyphenols from the 
olive tree. I trained at the School of Pharmacy,  University of Montpellier, and I come from a four-generation olive oil family with roots in Tunisia.

This channel is where I share everything I know: science-backed anti-inflammatory Mediterranean nutrition, the daily role of polyphenols in how you feel, and why the provenance of your ingredients is the foundation of your health.

You'll find the olive oil science most people never hear, the food combinations that genuinely move the needle on inflammation, and the everyday habits that change how you feel from the inside out.
