Recovering From Long Covid

Stories about my recovery from Long Covid / Fibromyalgia / Chronic Fatigue over the last four and half years. Radical lifestyle changes, help from my GP, prayer and a lot of reading have brought me to the day when I've got the energy to share my story.

There's no medical advice here - you should always take responsibility for your own health and check with your GP before trying something new. But if anything here helps anyone, even a fraction of the amount that it has helped me, then I'm happy to share. If you'd like to download a guide to how I recovered, visit the link section on my channel page.
