Lauren Grech LLG Events

Hi! I'm Lauren Grech, luxury wedding planner, event designer, entrepreneur, and founder of LLG Events, based in NYC, the Hamptons & Palm Beach.

At 24, I left my career as a forensic scientist to chase a dream to become a wedding planner. Today, I create extraordinary weddings around the world, from iconic NYC ballrooms to breathtaking destinations like Jumby Bay, Ireland, Costa Rica, France & Italy. I'm the one couples call when their vision is extraordinary and failure isn't an option.

Through my series Million Dollar Weddings, I'm taking you behind the scenes of glamorous celebrations, incredible transformations, and the madness before the guests arrive. Weddings are just one part of my story. I also love luxury hotels, travel, finding new restaurants, design & building businesses.

I hope my journey inspires you to dream bigger, take chances, and create a life you love. I built my dream career from nothing, and I believe you can too!
