Liz Holtzinger

Liz Holtzinger is a leadership speaker, award-winning professor, entrepreneur, and author of Lead Yourself First. For more than 25 years, she has explored how language, identity, and communication shape decisions—in classrooms, companies, and organizations. She also co-founded and led a healthcare company through growth and acquisition by a national organization.

Her work begins with a clear premise: leadership starts before the title. Through corporate keynotes and custom leadership retreats, Liz helps leaders examine the assumptions, pressures, and patterns influencing their choices—and develop clearer judgment and more intentional action.

This channel features keynote excerpts, television appearances, interviews, and insights into leadership, communication, and the choices that shape organizational life.
