Living Second Nature Podcast

Welcome! My name is Shodi Moris. I reside in the Driftless Region of Southwest Wisconsin. I am a business owner/founder of a health and wellness center, Healing Arts & Wellness Center, since 2003. Over the years it was very clear to me that there is a major lack or education to the general public (especially pre-internet times) surrounding health and wellness as a whole mind, body and spirit approach. 

My inspiration for beginning this podcast was my vision of it being an avenue to be able to bring you top notch guests that are wonderful resources for you to improve your overall wellbeing. Whether you seek their services, get curious and learn more about a specific topic or simply be inspired by the conversations and nuggets shared on the show.
