Living in Sonoma with Chris Spade

Thinking about moving to Sonoma County or the Russian River Valley? You found the right channel.
I'm Chris Spade, a real estate professional who relocated from San Diego to Guerneville — documenting what it's actually like to live, buy, and sell in wine country. No fluff, no sales pitch. Just honest, local information from someone who made the move and works this market every day.
Wondering what homes cost, which neighborhoods fit your lifestyle, or how the Russian River Valley compares to other California markets? This channel covers all of it — neighborhood tours, market updates, cost of living breakdowns, and real talk about towns like Healdsburg, Guerneville, Forestville, Sebastopol, and Windsor.
Relocating, buying a vacation home, or ready to sell? I can help.
