I am an ecotherapist, rewilding therapist and peer therapist/supporter offering trauma sensitive equine/animal and nature assisted experiential learning/therapy/mindfulness. Rewild yourself workshops. Educations and trainings on stress, trauma, dissociation, and alternatives to our traditional "mental health care".

Here you can find me discussing and critically analysing all kinds of topics relating to stress, trauma, psychiatry, psychotherapy, and our "mental health care" system in general. Equine/animal and nature assisted interventions, experiential learning, violence, abuse, and neglect, trauma sensitive mindfulness, expressive arts, horses /animals and their welfare, humans and our welfare, epistemic injustice, survivorship, peer support, lived experience expertise, reading my own texts and poems... discussing research and so on.
