Live Free Holistic Health

Hi, I'm Jolee, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and holistic content creator. This channel is all about creating a balanced life with holistic health strategies and mindful living.

I help high achieving young professionals who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and chronically stressed to support their body through bio-individualized nutrition & lifestyle strategies so they can gain the mental clarity and stable energy needed to sustainably reach their goals.

I envision a world where people value the importance of prioritizing high quality, nutrient-dense food that's produced in ecologically-responsible and ethical ways.
