Feel Vibrant, Grounded & Joyful with Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Taoist Healing

Tai Chi: Dance with Life

Move gracefully through a slow, flowing sequence that feels like meditation in motion. Tai Chi helps you feel balanced, relaxed, and connected—inside and out.

Chi Gong: Recharge Your Inner Light

It is like giving yourself a morning sunbath—from the inside. With gentle movements and focused awareness, you awaken and circulate your life-force energy.

Taoist Healing:

Using simple touch and/or intention, Taoist healing stimulates energy points to release blocks, ease emotions, and restore harmony.

Add a smile any time —Taoist tradition sees it as a direct path to your true being
