United under the global banner of Lions International, the Lions of Sri Lanka (MD 306) proudly represent a legacy of service, leadership, and compassion. With 12 strong districts, our Lions are driven by one simple but powerful motto, “We Serve.”

From empowering youth, supporting the visually impaired, and feeding the hungry to leading environmental and healthcare initiatives, we are committed to transforming lives and strengthening communities across the island and beyond.
