Kimberly Breaux | Lift.Hike.Thrive

Lift.Hike.Thrive. is for Gen X women who want to build strength, improve mobility, hike farther, and create an adventurous second half of life.

I’m Kimberly—a full-time working mom, wife, strength-training enthusiast, hiker, and backpacker. I share realistic, encouraging guidance for women who want to feel capable, confident, and excited about what is still ahead.

You’ll find practical videos on:

• Strength training for hiking and everyday life
• Mobility, balance, floor time, and functional movement
• Hiking, backpacking, gear, trail preparation, and outdoor adventures
• Wellness habits, recovery, and realistic routines
• Midlife mindset, goal setting, and confidence
• Real-life vlogs from a GenX woman building an active life one day at a time

This is not about perfection. It is about building the strength, habits, and self-trust to do more of what makes you feel alive.

Lift strong. Hike far. Thrive fully.
