Owner & Founder, Dr. Kimberlyn Cahill is a Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, E-RYT-500 (experienced/registered 500-level) & RPYT (prenatal) Yoga Teacher, a Yoga Teacher Trainer and CEU provider with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, Kimberlyn holds a Doctorate in Leadership (dmol) which she integrates into Inspired Living somatic coaching and philosophy, Transparent Alignment, to equip yoga practitioners in living vibrantly. Kimberlyn and her team offer weekly yoga therapy practices and private treatments in studio, virtually and a digital library.
