Life on the First Coast

Welcome to Life on the First Coast.

This channel is for out-of-state buyers and families relocating to St. Johns County, Florida who want clear, honest guidance before buying a home.

I focus on what it’s really like to live in key St. Johns County zip codes, including 32092, 32095, 32259 and 32081, so you can compare communities, understand tradeoffs and make informed decisions without hype.

I’m Amy, a REALTOR® based here on Florida’s First Coast after relocating from New Jersey over five years ago. My role isn’t to sell you a house. It’s to help you make smart choices with your long-term best interest in mind. Many of my clients relocate from out of state and need someone local to be their feet on the ground, walking homes, explaining what matters and slowing things down when it feels overwhelming.

You’ll find relocation guidance, honest home tours and practical advice for buying in St. Johns County.

Subscribe for clear guidance on real estate and life on Florida’s First Coast.
