Welcome to the Liberia Motorcycle Safety Program (LIB MSP) 
Formerly known as WoGeS Vehicle-N-Motorcycle Safety Training Services, LIB MSP was founded in 2008 as a corporate initiative committed to nation-building through road safety education.
Why We Exist?
We witnessed countless preventable deaths and injuries caused by untrained drivers both motorists and motorcyclists on Liberia’s roads. In response, we launched WoGeS to lead a nationwide movement for comprehensive safety awareness and training for all road users: pedestrians, drivers, and riders.
Our mission aligned with the United Nations' Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011, with a goal to educate every Liberian on road safety principles by 2020 and beyond.
To achieve this determined vision and save lives and property, we established the National Safety Partnership of Liberia (NASAPAL, Inc.) and changed into the LIB MSP, empowered by Total Control Training Inc. (TCTI) and driven by purpose, safety, and community impact.
