Grandma Liao Dayu 🌿 Chinese Herbal Wisdom

Welcome to LIAODAYU (say: lee-ow DAY-you) 🌿

My mom is a 70-year-old TCM practitioner from Chongqing, China — 40 years in the clinic, plus herbal recipes passed down through her family. She doesn't speak English, so I film her and subtitle everything: foraging in the mountains, the 400-drawer herbal pharmacy, 2,000-year-old alchemy traditions, the 24 solar terms, and the scented sachets she makes for the whole neighborhood.

She's also addicted to online shopping and plays with AI every night.

Everything here is cultural and educational — family traditions, not medical advice. New videos every week 💛
