 合気で遊ぶ会  Let's Enjoy Aiki

当会の目的：中心帰納と合気の検証

成田伝合気道無元塾の白石太志先生及び本眞正伝合気柔術岡本会の岡本眞先生の両先生からご教授いただいた中心帰納の術理及び合気の術の身体操作を中心に稽古しております。

合気とは何かについては幾つかの異なった見解があり、愛、気、外力等の解釈がなされています。また、中心帰納とは何かについても、意識操作、空間認識と同調、瞬間瞑想、入り身の眞、腰の回り等と説明されています。

このチャンネルでは、我々の中心帰納および合気の術の稽古内容を少しずつご紹介していくつもりです。多少なりとも中心帰納及び合気に興味を持っておられる同好の方々のご参考になれば幸いです。


We are exploring and reproducing the Aiki techniques which we can find in the mysterious techniques of the masters of Daitoryu  Aiki Jujutsu, Aikido, Chinese martial art ,Traditional Okinawa Karate and Chi Gong.
In this channel, we will continuously introduce our daily Aiki training contents, hoping that these videos will be insightful for the people interested in Aiki.
