Lessons Learned by Khalid Karim 75

Born and raised in Washington DC,with a few small stints living in MD.,VA.and even St. Croix, has allowed me to live a vary diverse life, plenty of good but plenty of bad. And after making bad decisions after bad decisions I found myself in juvenile detention center a couple of times and ultimately prison. After serving 25 year's of a life and 10 sentence, a sentence that made me evolve from juvenile to man. I eventually became a mentor and since being home I've continued to speak to youth with the intent to make positive difference for wayward teens. I desire educate people on the importance of good decision making and the consequences of bad decision making. I will show the environment I grew up in and even do interviews with many people who had similar experience's. Hopefully people will appreciate my efforts and how transparent and authentic I'll be.
