Lesa Charna

Listen, they weren’t lying when they said 30s is the new 20s 💁🏾‍♀️. I make content for the women who don’t feel “seen” by the people they share spaces with. Always giving you “something to think about”. This channel is highly focused on self love, self esteem, self care, and mental health! I want to stop the stigma of mental health issues, especially in the black community. I keep it real, transparent, and unapologetic. I want this to be a safe haven for other individuals trying to navigate through this healing journey. Let’s grow together 🫶🏾
