The LENSED Initiative

Welcome to The LENSED Initiative.

We believe every girl, and every young person, deserves the opportunity to design their future with confidence.

Through skills development, mentorship, youth-focused programmes, and real-life stories, we equip adolescents girls and young people with the mindset, essential skills, and opportunities needed to learn, earn, and thrive.

On this channel, you'll find programme highlights, youth success stories, practical life and vocational skills, career insights, conversations on gender and youth development, and resources designed to help young people unlock their potential.

Whether you're a student, educator, parent, youth worker, volunteer, or partner, there's something here for you.

Subscribe and join us as we help young people see possibilities clearly and build futures they are proud to live.

Learn. Earn. Thrive.
