Lender Capital

Lender Capital is a capital placement platform for private real estate lenders. Vetted lenders submit whole, first-lien, business-purpose loans with the full file. We review each loan and send it only to the capital partners whose criteria it fits: family offices, credit funds, hedge funds and accredited private investors. One capital partner funds the whole loan at closing and holds it directly. Lenders keep their borrowers and pay a placement fee only when the loan funds. Capital partners pay no management fee, carry or spread.

Videos here explain how capital placement works, bridge, fix-and-flip, ground-up construction and DSCR lending, and how capital partners evaluate private loans.

Lender Capital is a business-to-business platform. We are not a lender, a fund or an investment adviser, and nothing on this channel is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
