Leilany Lima is a People Development consultant and counselor. For over a decade she has supported individuals, non-profits, and corporations by combining her expertise in mental health counseling and Eastern practices to promote positive transformation. She is driven by her belief that everyone has the ability to access their highest purpose regardless of their past or where they’re starting from. As a childhood domestic violence survivor, she uses her lived experience of overcoming trauma to help others reclaim their power, and to create systemic and human-centric change across organizations.
In her free time she dances salsa, practices yoga, and travels the world with her dog.
