LB Archival

Hi, I'm Leroy Barnes, an archival producer. I find the real footage, photos, and records that documentaries are built on.

This channel is where I make short documentaries about whatever interests me. Sometimes that's history, like Biddy Mason or Evelyn Boyd Granville, and sometimes it's something else entirely. Either way, every video draws on real archival material and the same production expertise I've brought to projects for ESPN, HBO, History Channel, Prime Video, Paramount+, and Google.
