Laura Wood-Holden Therapy

For people in therapy who want to understand how therapy works and how to use it effectively.

I share practical, experience-informed explanations about how therapy works, the therapeutic relationship, emotional safety, and what helps therapy be useful.

I am a qualified psychotherapist in the UK and have also spent many years in the client seat. My work is informed by my professional training and thousands of clinical hours.

The videos on this channel focus on common questions and uncertainties people have during therapy — including discomfort, safety, the relationship with your therapist, and how change happens over time.
