Welcome. I’m Laura Notton, MSW, RSW, and I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner with 25+ years of experience. I support people navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Some healing doesn’t happen through words—it happens through the body, vibration, and deep listening. My work blends talk therapy, somatic awareness, and sound to regulate the nervous system and support vagus nerve health. My soundscapes are rooted in neurobiology, Eastern philosophy, and creative expression. Many people today are overwhelmed and isolated; sound can help us reconnect.
