Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu

Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu helps landholders and the community care for land, water and nature. This means helping them to keep soil healthy, share water fairly, control pest plants and animals, and restore natural habitats. We connect people to information, funding, projects, and each other. 

The Hills and Fleurieu region runs from Kersbrook in the Adelaide Hills to Cape Jervis on the Fleurieu Peninsula, and as far west as the Onkaparinga River in the west, and the Murray Mouth in the east. The Mount Lofty Ranges are a biodiversity hotspot, home to half of the state’s species of native plants and three-quarters of its native birds. It also has some of the most productive primary industries supplying local and international markets.

Our region spans the lands of the Kaurna, Ngarrindjeri and Peramangk people. We are committed to walking together with First Nations peoples in learning about and managing the Yerta/Ruwe (Country) of the region.
