Hello and Welcome to my channel!

I've rebranded this channel a number of times. When it first began, I wanted to do the channel based on my profession- Full Spectrum Doula. This being said, I've started a journey into my own life and would like to take everyone along for the ride. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD combined type, and while it's been something I've always known it's not been something I've allowed myself to simply be. Here, I will address all that comes with AuDHD- including my own struggles as someone on the spectrum.

Join me as I unmask and learn how to live my life in a more authentic manner! These videos may not be for everyone, but they're for someone and that's the goal.
