LPZmethod is an Gym based in Adelaide, South Australia. With a background in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Strength and Conditioning training for athletes. First established in 2020 on the back of Australian lockdowns by founder Lachlan Zrim. Weights training has been a passion for over 20 years. Initially as more of a hobby but organically grown into a business with a nothing to lose, everything to gain approach. LPZmethod now is a partnership shared with his fiancé Paula.
