Junior Laboratory PostCol

🔎 PostCol is an interdisciplinary research lab made up of early-career scholars dedicated to renewing postcolonial studies. We develop an approach based on dialogue between disciplines, cultural areas, and critical perspectives in order to rethink worlds shaped by colonial histories.

🌍 Our aim is to move beyond binary oppositions (colonizer/colonized, center/periphery) that have long structured postcolonial studies. We favor a relational approach attentive to circulations, transformations, and the metamorphoses of identities, knowledge, and imaginaries.

📚 Through regular seminars, invited researchers, and the active participation of young scholars, PostCol fosters a collective, rigorous, and open space for reflection.

🧭 We bring together philosophy, history, literature, and cultural studies to renew existing theoretical frameworks within a fully interdisciplinary perspective.
