KUSUMON

I'm Kusumon, owner of the men's salon "FRiENDS" in Sasebo, Nagasaki!

This channel is where I put it all out there — documenting my weight cut and training, plus some seriously hands-on experiments, as I take on a physique competition for real. ✨

The goal: competition day. 🔥
Come see how my body changes on the way there — stick with me to the end of each video, and on to the next one!
