Welcome to Kristina Bähr at Exist. My passion is to combine neuroscience, behavoirs and leadership and help leaders to stay true to themselves and their values. 
I am a public speaker, professional coach for executives and author of four books, the fifth is released early in 2026. 

I am a paedatrician with a life-long interest in how humans grow and develop through life. 
A main interest is how we can stay health, resilient and sustainable when life is complex, uncertain, tough and sometimes hard to handle.
