Our Roof Replacement process is as follows:

We take before and after photos of your home to ensure there is no damage during roof replacement or restoration.
All flower beds are covered with tarps to protect your lawn, garden and to maintain a clean work environment.
We inspect and replace any rotten wood that could occur in decking
New felt is installed on the entire roof surface and all valleys are fit with ice and water.
Shingles are installed to manufacturer's specifications to make sure all warranties are honored should anything happen.
The job site is thoroughly cleaned and we use a magnet to pick up any stray nails
