Kirsty Melmed is a Life Coach from Cape Town, South Africa. Her passion is working with people from all over the world to learn how to communicate mindfully and how to let go of past experiences that are keeping you stuck in the present. Kirsty uses her Inner Tuition training and her Coaching training to listen, reflect, challenge, support and uncover. She works primarily with women aged 16-40, through online Skype sessions, face to face from her home office and through group workshops based on Transactional Analysis.
