As COVID-19 reduces our access to our regular ways of exercising & staying fit I have decided to 'do my bit' by using my experience of working as a physiotherapist for the past 15 years to try to help people stay motivated to maintain their fitness whilst being stuck at home.

I strongly believe in the use of exercise and functional movement to maintain health and independence and I will be using this channel to provide free content including tips, advice, exercise videos, programs and links to useful blogs to keep people moving and staying active during this strange time.
