Kinder Karate®

This channel is dedicated to educating parents about the benefits of a SPECIALIZED training program for their children ages 3-6. The Kinder Karate® program was developed by Kara Czerniak, who combined her 20 years' martial arts training with her Psychology degree and her experience mothering 3 kids herself to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your child.

Our programs currently operate in Pittsburgh, PA, including Bethel Park, McMurray, Jefferson Hills, McKeesport/Elizabeth and Belle Vernon.

Here you will find videos with technique, as well as counting, and the use of the Korean language. Videos may also depict some of our actual classes or events.
