23歳の若さで料理長に抜擢され、有名店「好彩酒楼」の総料理長を務めるなど、香港で一流料理人としてのキャリアを積んでいた金萬福は88年に周富徳氏の誘いで来日。甲府富士屋ホテル料理長、新横浜プリンスホテル料理長、宇都宮東武ホテルグランデ「竹園」総料理長を歴任。現在王牌グループ総料理長。
アサヤンなど数々のテレビ番組で日本のお茶の間の人気者となった香港の料理人、金萬福が愛する日本から発信する、料理バラエティショーです。

Welcome to the Kam Man Fook Official Channel! 
He used to be the chef of Ho Choi Restaurant in Hong Kong, and in 1988 he came to Japan. He has served as the chef of Kofu Fujiya Hotel and Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel, and as the executive chef of Utsunomiya Tobu Hotel Grande, and now as the executive chef of Wong Pai group. From 1992 he has appeared in many Japanese TV programs and became popular.
