The Vertigo Detective®

Dr. Kim Bell, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who helps people find relief from dizziness and vertigo. After suffering from vertigo herself for many years without answers or relief, she realized how limited the resources are for people with these problems.

A licensed PT since 2002, Dr. Bell has now developed The Bell Method®, a unique, detailed, comprehensive approach for assessing and treating dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance. She treats patients who travel to San Diego from around the world to get help for vertigo. 

Dr. Bell is an expert at root cause analysis of dizziness and vertigo. The Bell Method® is grounded in evidence-based vestibular rehab. She is a master clinician in that niche of physical therapy practice, yet she goes well beyond that body of knowledge to address root causes beyond the inner ear. 

She teaches her patients strategies to use at home to get relief and refers to other specialists as needed. Dr. Bell also prays with her patients when appropriate.
