Kick Ya in the Vols

Welcome to Kick Ya in the Vols! 🏈🍊

I cover Tennessee and SEC sports, from football and basketball to baseball and more. You’ll find Vols and SEC talk, recruiting, my rankings, national rankings, reactions, sports game simulations, and game-day content from Knoxville and Neyland Stadium.

I grew up sharing Tennessee sports with my dad. Since he passed, creating content around something we loved together has become one way I honor him and share that passion with you.

Whether you’re a Vols fan, follow another SEC team, or love sports from anywhere, you’re welcome here. Let’s talk sports, have fun, and keep it respectful!
