Fishing for the blind and the visually impaired 

I love to fish, now I give all the fish I catch to the blind and visually impaired. I even have a a face book page called this ( fishing for the blind and the visually impaired). I think they should be able to enjoy the taste of sheepshead and other fish like pompano. ( I give away all pompano I catch also ) instead of volunteering at the hospital, I do this
I’m in the process of buying a kayak, I’ve been borrowing somebody else’s so I can start doing some fishing on the water and not I just on the shore. I have been fishing for Pompano on the beach and now I’m trying to learn how to fish for sheepshead …
I welcome all the suggestions that you can give me.
